TEMP TO HIRE - Administrative Assistant for Events Management Company

We are seeking an AA to support a team of Events Coordinators. The Company is located in beautiful San Francisco. The role of this assistant is to work in tandem with another assistants to provide internal “customer service” support to enable the rest of the staff to focus on their work. This assistant will need to be accessible to all staff members and know how to support their needs or route them to the correct person. This position is ideal for a creative, motivated individual looking to work in an open, transparent, and collaborative environment. This person must be a team player who can contribute their positive attitude to the overall well-being of the office. 

*Please Note: Use of Outlook, Excel, and MS word are necessary. 

 

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Support large Events team with the help of other assistants

Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence such as mail and faxes

Organize, schedule and file documents

Manage calendars

General administrative duties

Special project management

Proficient in MS office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Enthusiastic and personable

Independent but also a team player

Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work and projects

Well organized and flexible

Extremely detail oriented

Ability to multi-task and prioritize
