Position: Administrative Assistant

Salary: $50-55k plus bonus and benefits

Job Description: We are searching for an Administrative Assistant for an established private equity firm in the heart of the Financial District. This position is responsible for supporting the CFO, VP of Talent, and Associate team. The ideal candidate will be able to balance the varied responsibilities of this vital, dynamic role. This role will include correspondence with high-profile clients so effective communications skills and a professional demeanor are a must.

Responsibilities:
• Calendar management and travel coordination
• Prepare presentations and meeting packets
• Process expense reports
• Manage front desk (screen and transfer calls, greet guests)
• Personal assistance

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of admin experience required
• Financial services experience preferred
• Superior understanding of Microsoft Office
• Friendly demeanor, strong customer service skills, and ability to maintain calm and flexible in a busy environment
